For the last two years Levanter have focused on the German Real Estate Market and has built both a portfolio and an investment acquisition platform based upon detailed knowledge, an extensive contact base and a proven team of “due diligence” advisors.

It is the group's intention to increase the existing portfolio of retail investments to a value in excess of €500m.
