The group continues to seek selective real estate projects in
the UK where there are opportunities to add value over
the medium term.
For the last two years Levanter have focused on the German Real
Estate Market and has built both a portfolio and an investment
acquisition platform based upon detailed knowledge, an extensive
contact base and a proven team of “due diligence”
advisors.
It is the group's intention to increase the existing portfolio
of retail investments to a value in excess of €500m.
