Levanter's strategy is to increase the value of its balance sheet through investment in commercial real estate assets, active and entrepreneurial asset management and risk controlled development.
This strategy involves specific focus on different market sectors and locations globally that offer the potential for enhanced returns. Levanter applies an opportunistic philosophy based on solid commercial fundamentals and a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of the occupational markets which ultimately drive performance.
Over the last three years, Levanter has focussed on the German commercial real estate market, and has built-up a portfolio in excess of €200m, with assets including: retail warehouses, supermarkets, logistics centres and offices. Going forward, Germany will continue to be a focus and we will seek to add to our existing portfolio with both income return and opportunistic assets.

In the UK Levanter has built an investment acquisition platform that will continue to seek real estate projects where there are opportunities to add value over the medium term.
On a global basis Levanter is exploring various opportunities in the USA and various emerging markets, and through our entrepreneurial and sustainable attitude to real estate investment we aim to produce superior risk-adjusted returns. |
