Neil Porter MRICS (Director)
Neil qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Gooch and Wagstaff in 1989 and now has 25 years experience in property investment and asset management. Following a spell with Richard Ellis in Australia and Europe he returned to the UK in 1992 to become Managing Partner of Hibery Chaplin Porter focusing mainly on the investment, development and occupational markets in the UK industrial and office sectors. |

Chris Manning
MRICS (Director)
Chris has 25 years experience in property investment and fund management. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in Hillier Parker's investment agency team, spending 6 years dealing with the acquisition and disposal of property investments for a range of institutional and private clients in the UK.
Chris was head hunted to the Berkeley Group in 1993 to spearhead the assembly of an offshore UK investment portfolio which achieved an asset value well in excess of £250m. Three years later he was again headhunted, this time to Savills Plc where he headed their co-investment division Grosvenor Hill Ventures where over his 8 year tenure the total average project IRR achieved was 37%. During his time at Savills Chris was also heavily involved in the research and implementation of partnerships, joint ventures and other vehicles as a conduit for Savills private and corporate clients in to the UK commercial real estate markets.

Paul
Weston MRICS (Director)
Paul has 25 years experience in the investment, development and retail occupier markets. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Hillier Parker where he worked in the shopping centre development and investment department between 1988 and 1993. He then had a spell with Chesterton in Australia specialising in office leasing in Sydney.
Upon returning to the UK, Paul established a successful investment team at Douglas Stevens & Co where as a Director he advised on the acquisition of shopping centres, high street shops and retail portfolios. After 5 years with Douglas Stevens, Paul left to join new practice Edgerley Simpson where as an equity partner he helped establish them as the pre-eminent consultancy in the Retail Warehouse investment market.

Jane Crane ACA (Finance Director)
Jane has nearly 20 years experience as a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Levanter she spent 12 years with ICI where she worked in various roles, including Financial Communications Manager, Financial Analyst and Project Manager and also gained extensive experience in the M&A field. Before joining ICI Jane spent 6 years with KPMG as a tax consultant and audit manager.

Bob Reid BAI BA MBA (Director)
Bob Reid has a financial background, and prior to joining Levanter was an associate director, and one of three founding members, of Capmark's European Property Finance Lending Team, moving across with two other colleagues from ABN AMRO to set-up the new lending platform in 2005.
In 2003, Bob received an MBA from INSEAD. Prior to this, he worked for Broadview Int'l for two years, a leading mergers and acquisitions boutique in the IT sector. Following his work at Broadview, he co-founded and was C.F.O of a wireless communication software company. Bob holds a first class degree from Trinity College, Dublin University in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering.

Daniel Bardiger MRICS (Associate Director)
Daniel joined Levanter after 3 years in the Investment department at Colliers CRE where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. Starting out as a member of the UK Shopping Centre Investment team and subsequently working within International Investment, Daniel has worked with a range of UK and international clients - institutional and private - both acquiring and disposing of assets across Europe, with a particular focus on Germany and Italy.

Christiane E. Spina
Christiane has over 18 years experience as a real estate investment consultant in Germany, the USA and the UK. She lived and worked in the USA for 9 years, acquiring assets in most major cities including, New York, Boston, Atlanta, Denver and San Francisco and has advised numerous international companies during her career. Christiane started working within the renewable energy sphere in 2005 with a particular focus on wind parks and since 2007 she has concentrated on photovoltaic energy in Spain and Germany.
